Join us for Trenton River Days, a free event that celebrates the history, culture, and recreational benefits of the Delaware River.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 16, local families and community members are invited to South Riverwalk Park near the Trenton Thunder Stadium to enjoy the festivities.

The event will feature canoe and boat rides, food, live music, hayrides, fly fishing demonstrations, crafts, and other fun! This will be an in-person event with educational games and exhibits for hands-on fun.

Our Watershed staff will have large tanks filled with varieties of fish that inhabit the Delaware River. We will also explore the water quality of local waterways and learn how the data is gathered and used.

Trenton River Days is a partnership of The Watershed Institute, Mercer County Park Commission, Tulpehaking Nature Center, Friends for the Abbott Marshlands, The Alliance for Watershed Education of the Delaware River, Mercer County, ArtWorks, and the City of Trenton.
