Even though Gabriela is known as a world renown concert pianist and recording artist she has always had a passion for writing and visual arts as well. Since her retirement from the stage Gabriela has started a business as a fine jewelry designer and had a chance to return to her beloved watercolors, charcoal drawings and just recently finished her autobiography. Her delicate yet bold landscapes are inspired by her tours around the US, have been featured and sold at the Lawrence gallery and recently turned into wearable art on her hand made leather phone bags as part of her jewelry collection. Most recently Gabriela has been focusing on refined charcoal portraits of her friends and people who inspire her.
