Yasmeena is an Egyptian-American photographer based in the NJ area. Driven by curiosity and the interaction between people and their environments, she takes a photojournalistic approach to the images she captures, exploring themes of tradition, cultural preservation, and identity. Initially viewed through the lens of architecture, her projects have expanded to include natural landscapes and portraiture as she documents her travels to capture memories and remain connected to her roots.
